Eating habits are not easy to change, that is why I created a very easy way to show you how to reprogram your mind.
We start by going shopping for your daily products. This way we will identify the changes you need to make. Then, we will create a list of Dos and Don’ts that will help you focus on your change.
I will show you how to manage your refrigerator by showing you how to store, freeze and recycle your food and other products. We will allocate space so that you have a good access of your healthy food and snacks.
We will also work on different ways to prepare and cook your favorite vegetables and will find ways to make your least loved veggies, tasteful, introducing herbs and natural condiments to your kitchen.
I will introduce you to some insightful books where you will find relevant information that can complement our work.
At the end of this workshop, you will create a list of different healthy snacks and an eating journal that will guide and motivate you to change your eating habits and to stay focused on a healthy eating lifestyle.
